Please refer to the contract (aka service agreement) signed at time of booking for all terms and agreements that govern the overall process from beginning to end. Items pertaining to this online gallery are listed below.

1. Copyright and Usage Rights: DW Vivid Art Photography retains the entire and exclusive copyright to all photographs and products. The client is purchasing a non-transferable print release for personal, non-commercial use of the high-resolution digital files purchased. The Client may not sell, submit to contests, or allow commercial use of the images without explicit written consent.

File Archival and Liability: Purchased final digital files will be safely archived for one (1) year following the delivery date. The Photographer is not responsible for lost or damaged files after this one-year period.

Artistic Discretion: The Photographer retains full and final discretion regarding the artistic style, culling, and editing of all final images.
