1. Image Usage and Privacy: By agreeing to the General Model Release in the Service Agreement, the Client grants the Photographer permission to use the purchased images for portfolio, website, marketing, and promotional purposes.

2. Opt-Out: Clients who initialed the Opt-Out Clause in the Service Agreement (Section 6.2) will have their images excluded from all public promotion. DW Vivid Art Photography is committed to honoring all privacy requests made in the signed contract.
